A veteran communications strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience, Robert “Bob” Toevs directs LegalShield's internal and external communications as Chief Communications Officer and Vice President of Story & Design. Under his guidance, Toevs' organization functions as an indispensable corporate asset – propelling revenue growth, enhancing brand reputation across LegalShield and IDShield, and unifying culture throughout the enterprise.

Toevs' expertise spans the technology, telecommunications, and media sectors, where he has architected and executed high-impact communications campaigns advancing corporate strategy, market positioning, and employee engagement. His background includes senior leadership roles at DISH Network Corporation and Qwest Communications.

Extending beyond communications, Toevs also oversees LegalShield's integrated Story & Design Group. This cross-functional team encompasses organic social media, content development, visual and UX/UI design, video production, consumer advocacy, and corporate communications. Their collective mission is to craft compelling written and visual narratives that resonate with prospects and members, amplifying the company's brand reputation, growth potential, and customer success
